Senior Account Executive

Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business development with enterprise clients. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with C-suite decision makers at Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new enterprise clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including VPs and C-level executives
  • Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, from discovery to contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with solutions and delivery teams to create compelling proposals
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in staffing, HR tech, or professional services
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV)
  • Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations leaders
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Join our recruiting team to source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in sales, operations, and customer success roles at leading enterprises. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent matches.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and behavioral interviews
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand client requirements and culture
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS
  • Guide candidates through the interview and offer process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
  • Experience sourcing for sales, customer success, or operations roles preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
